I think I’ve worked out Facebook login:

• Can’t enable 2FA without calling 3 friends.
• Merely expressing interest in enabling 2FA locks the account for a week or two. Can’t access without calling 3 friends.

Current resolve is to GDPR it when the cooldown ends.
